Director of Sales

Our client, a family-owned process equipment company, is seeking an experienced Director of Sales to lead their sales team and drive expansion across key industrial sectors, including oil & gas, pulp & paper, and mining.
This is a REMOTE position – travel will be required
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Analyze market trends and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, industry leaders, and decision-makers.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in executive-level sales leadership roles selling process components into manufacturers.
- 10+ years experience selling process components into oil/gas, paper/pulp, and mining industries.
- Bachelors or Masters Degree (engineering preferred)
- Familiarity with flow meters, valves, and related industrial components.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
