Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in automation and robotics industries.
- Build and nurture relationships with existing clients to expand partnerships.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Provide technical expertise, engaging with design and engineering teams to align solutions with customer needs.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Collaborate across internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for leadership.
- Act as the external face of the company within the industry.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven sales experience in mechanical automation drives and systems.
- Technical knowledge of motion control systems and their applications.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, including engagement with senior leaders and technical teams.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
